Who we are
This website is for Diego’s Auto Body LLC, 4186 Domestic Ave, Naples, FL 34104, phone (239) 261-2199. In this policy “we” means the shop.
Preview notice: this site is an example prepared by MyLocalEverything for the shop. Anything you send through a form, a booking or the voice assistant goes to Diego’s Auto Body by email and is stored by the service providers that run this site.
Estimate and contact forms
When you send a form we receive the details you type: usually your name, phone, email, vehicle, preferred language and what happened. We use them only to reply about your request. A form-delivery service passes the message to us by email.
Online booking
When you book an inspection we store your name, phone, email, vehicle, the service you chose, any notes and your appointment time in our booking system. We use them to hold your slot, send your confirmation and any change or cancellation emails, and to contact you about the appointment. Your confirmation email includes a private link to change or cancel; anyone with that link can manage the booking, so keep it to yourself.
The voice assistant: recording and transcripts
Some pages offer a voice assistant. It is an AI, not a person. Before it starts, you are asked to agree that the conversation is recorded and transcribed. Florida requires everyone on a recorded conversation to agree, so if you do not agree, do not start it, and simply call the shop instead.
The conversation is processed by our voice-assistant provider to run the assistant. We keep a transcript and a short summary so the shop can follow up, and a summary is emailed to us. Please do not share claim numbers, policy numbers, payment details or anything sensitive with the assistant. It never asks for them.
We send emails only about your request or booking: confirmations, changes, cancellations and replies. We do not add you to marketing lists and we do not sell your information. We do not send text messages from this site.
Cookies and device storage
The site has no advertising or analytics trackers. It stores two small settings on your device: whether you have already seen the opening animation this visit, and your English or Spanish choice on the work-truck page. Fonts and scripts load from public content-delivery networks, which see your IP address the way any website request does.
How long we keep it
Voice-assistant records are kept for up to 180 days. Booking and form details are kept as long as we need them to serve you and keep ordinary business records.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by calling (239) 261-2199. You can always skip the voice assistant and the forms and simply call.
Children
This site is for vehicle owners and is not meant for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
