## What crews tell us.

If you’re reading this page, one of these is probably on your mind.

01
### “Every day without the truck costs me jobs.”

Customers do not wait. Neither do the bills.

02
### “The cousin’s guy never finishes.”

A favour that drags on for weeks is not a favour.

03
### “I want a fair price, in writing.”

Not a number on the phone that changes at pickup.

04
### “I want to talk to someone I understand.”

Every step on this page is in English and Spanish, so nothing gets lost.

### The Diego Promise

- 1 Written estimate first. Every job starts with an itemized estimate on paper, before a wrench turns.
- 2 Your OK before any extra work. If we find hidden damage, you get photos and a revised number. Nothing extra happens until you approve it.
- 3 Photo updates while it is here. Photos by text at the big moments, so you see your car without driving to Domestic Ave.

“Car looks great!”

Went to see Diego for a repair that was not covered by insurance. He allowed me to bring in parts that I had purchased. He painted them and installed them on the vehicle for me. I explained we were paying out of pocket for our rental, so he took it right in and had it done in two weeks. Car looks great! Would highly recommended.

Diego does a great job. He and his team worked a miracle on the front right fender of my Mazda CX-5 and fixed the bumper as well.

Planning guide

## Keeping a work truck earning while it gets fixed

### First: photos and a written number

When a work vehicle is damaged, the first job is a number you can plan around. Take photos on the job site: the whole side, the damaged area from an angle, and a close-up. Send them in and ask for a written estimate. With a real figure you can decide quickly whether to repair now, wait until a slow week, or call your insurer.

### Plan the drop-off around your jobs

The expensive part of a truck repair is often the days without it. Talk to the shop about timing before the truck comes in. Mondays and the end of a big job are common windows. Move the tools out, note what stays in the bed, and agree on how you will get updates.

### Bringing your own parts

If you have already bought a part, such as a bumper, a mirror or a panel, ask whether the shop will paint and fit it. One Diego’s customer wrote on Google that he did exactly that on a repair insurance did not cover: he brought the parts, and Diego painted and installed them. Make sure the part is the right fit for your truck’s year and trim before you buy.

### More than one vehicle?

If you run two or three trucks or vans, keep a simple record of each one’s damage and repairs with photos. It makes estimates faster and helps when you sell or trade the vehicle. Ask Diego how best to schedule work across several vehicles so one is always on the road.
